My name is Diomar Nombrado, and I am deeply motivated to work in a position that allows me to help and care for people, especially the elderly and individuals with disabilities. Caring for others is not just a job for me—it is a calling that I truly enjoy and take pride in. I am a cheerful, positive, and compassionate person with a strong sense of patience and understanding. I have completed the Caregiving NC II Certificate in the Philippines, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills needed to provide proper, respectful, and safe care. In addition to my formal training, I have real-life caregiving experience. I currently care for my partner who has a disability, which has taught me how to handle different situations with empathy, calmness, and responsibility. This experience strengthened my ability to adapt, communicate clearly, and provide emotional and physical support. I have strong communication skills, speak with conviction, and value teamwork and trust. As a Filipino, I was raised with a culture of hospitality, respect, and compassion, which I bring into my caregiving work every day. I am eager to contribute my skills, dedication, and caring nature to help improve the quality of life of those who need assistance and support.
